I wanted to produce a visual record of the patina of time at a neglected Cotswold stone barn, outbuildings and farmyard in Gloucestershire. We have lived near the old farm for over 30 years. The farm was originally part of the estates of Sir Matthew Hale, Lord Chief Justice of England at the time of Oliver Cromwell.
The images are of the intimate landscape, small scenes containing the details you might overlook - the local stone, metal and wood - which have grown beautiful with age and capture the passage of time.

Edition of one.
